This year, we’ll have our teen volunteer program again during summer reading! They were such a big help last summer and we welcome those are looking for community service hours, practice working with kids, or just something fun to do. There are several different types of things volunteers can assist with, from set up and clean up of activities, reading stories during Storytime, helping kids with activities, signing patrons up for summer reading, checking reading logs, and other tasks they’re comfortable doing. We’ll be working around their schedules and can help as much or as little as they’d like.
Volunteers should be ages 13-18. Applications are available at the library, can be emailed to you, or you can download it below, and are due Friday, May 24!
