State Library eCard Account Access Will Be Down August 19-25

Get your Kansas Library eCard or renew it today! Starting on August 19 through August 25 librarians cannot access eCard accounts. During this time the State Library of Kansas will be updating technology and the eCard system. Current eCards will work during the transition.

Digital books, learning platforms and other statewide resources will remain the same and continue to work during the transition. Call, message, or see library staff to learn more about the Kansas Library eCard.

Summer Reading is Winding Down

But, we still have a lot of things happening at the library! This afternoon, don’t miss the animals from ATLAS Education from 4:30-5:30, and just after that, our July Book Club chat is at 6:00pm. Saturday at 10am, join us for a safari Storytime hour if you missed it on Tuesday. Everything is free and open to the public, whether you’re signed up for summer reading or not!

After this week, we have one more exciting week of Summer Reading left! You still have plenty of time to log your reading and activities and get those book bucks (teens) or tickets (everybody else). We’ll be signing off on Summer Reading logs all the way up to the auction and grand prize day, Friday, July 26!

Do You Have Our Free App Yet, myLIBRO?

Just like last year, you are able to log reading and activities for the Summer Reading on our app, myLibro! If you need help or have questions, contact us. And if you don’t have our app yet, it’s free and it’s awesome! Just search for “myLibro” and choose Nortonville Public Library. You’ll log in with your library card number and pin (which we can change here if you don’t remember it).

You’ll have your account, checkouts, and holds, the whole library catalog to search and place holds on, plus our latest facebook posts and events, and the summer reading logs, all in one place! You can even manage other library cards in the app and toggle between accounts.
